01Use of the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own non-commercial purposes, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from.

You agree not to:

• copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the App
• use the App for any unlawful purpose
• try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the App or its services

02Purchases

Some features are available through a one-time in-app purchase. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically. The payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account, and the purchase is linked to that account: after reinstalling the App or moving to a new device signed in to the same account, use "Restore purchases" in the App's settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

03Estimates and reminders

Consumption, cost and due-date figures are calculated from the data you enter and are estimates. Reminders and notifications are a convenience only: you remain responsible for your vehicle's inspections, taxes, insurance and maintenance and for meeting their legal deadlines. We are not liable for missed deadlines or for decisions made on the basis of these figures.

04Brand names and logos

Vehicle brand names and logos shown in the App belong to their respective owners and are used only to help you identify your vehicle. Their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. Logos are provided by the open-source car-logos-dataset project.

05Your data and backups

Because your records are stored only on your device, keeping backups is up to you. Uninstalling the App or using "Delete all my data" removes your records permanently unless you have a backup.

06Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy: https://zaustudios.web.app/apps/carwithme/privacy

07Intellectual property

The App, including its design, text, graphics and code, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you any rights to our trademarks or content.

08Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Content in the App is for general information only and is not professional advice. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

09Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

10Changes and termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.

12Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
